Looking at my introductory blog posting (Ontiki - intro and feedback request), I was pleased to see that I had a new response. When I looked at it, however, I found that it was spam. :-/ So, I edited a note and tried to submit it via the comment page.

This produced a nastygram: "Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site
administrator." Given that I was already trying to contact the site administrator, and saw no other way to do so, I was left with a quandary.

So, I looked up Addison's info and tried sending her a note on her contact page. This resulted in the nastygram "Your submission has triggered the installed spam filter and will not be accepted."

Looking at http://writingopensource.com/forums/tech-and-tools/ontiki-intro-and-feed..., I was distressed to see some comment spam from "jerli". On my own blog, I delete these, but I don't know that I can do this on the WOS site... Also, perhaps initial comments should be moderated.
