Content Management for Dynamic Web Delivery, by JoAnn Hackos (2002)
Managing Enterprise Content, by Ann Rockley
Introduction to DITA, by Linton & Bruski (there is also an Arbortext edition)
User & Task Analysis for Interface Design, by Hackos & Redish
also used Hackos Information Development as listed by Milo; it is actually an update to the Managing Your Doc Projects book of hers, so I recommend the newer one

I add the link to the "Is the Help Helpful?" book, since looks like Amazon.co.uk doesn't directly have one, but is possible to buy from the editor's website.
